Been awhile

Hello. Haven't written in this thing in some time. Thought it be time.

I got my comp fixed last night and its virus free! Took 2 hours but it was worth it. I feel...empowered. Like I conquered something. Very chivilrous of myself.

I've basically dissilusioned myself with Marvel for a very long time now. I only read X-Men by Peter Milligan and other samplings of other titles that are interesting. I basically lost hope for Avengers. Its like a leftover husk now. It once was full and now the creature's moved on. Its depressing to look at.

Basically everyday I train at Super Smash bros. Melee, honing for the tourny at Otakon. I'm hoping I can beat at least one person. Although its very hard just training against lvl 9's. I can beat them pretty easily since the comps. always run to you no matter what, even if I'm charging a smash. Human players won't do that, because, human players have eyes and see danger ahead. I'm hoping I can get some more people challenges ahead.

Work is good, I guess. Its kinda stressful in the fact that the manager's put a lot of pressure on me, such as selling things and sometimes I notice they don't tell the others working to sell the item in question so all the work will be put on me. I guess I should feel honored in a way, that they choose me over others to sell something, but I don't, I think it's driving me to telling them to put in my 2 weeks notice. They keep telling me that I'm the best cashier, yet I see no raise in salary, nor any type of reward for doing do and sometimes get blamed for not selling the item. My family has a history of being nice and others taking advantage of us so whatever. I actually got a job offer while I was on the job from some Indian guy who runs an office. Sounded interesting so he gave me his number.

Good news, since my comp. is back up, I'm back on COH and loving it! Been awhile since I've seen Diamond Spike claw up the thugs of Independence Port. Almost lvl 18, and can get full-fledged Fly. Rock on!

Great website. It may sound dorky, but it gives full-fledged information on all 351 Pokemon, including how their names originated and how some were related to old legends and such. Who knew Golduck was based on an old legend called a Kappa, who would fart, lookup women's dresses, and rape them soon afterwards? Or how Lapras got its name because of an old mathematician who would write reports on the sea and the tides? It was facsinating on how each Pokemon has a backstory and is based on something for something as simple as a housefly to an old Hebrew legend of a Golem. Really cool stuff. Reccomend it to everyone.
